Once your plans are complete the Bidding and Permitting Set are typically on a PDF (24" x 36") of the full set of scaled drawings. It does not include structural engineered seals or an architectural stamp, but has basic structural detail drawings need. More can be added when other specific requirements are need for additional fees. These costs (when required) can be bid and developed once your architectural drawings are complete..

Footings and Structural Drawings and Details. Sometimes your specific soil, frost levels and earthquake and tornado issues must be considered and footings and fasteners adapted to your specific conditions. This team can also provide these along with septic/greypwater systems, solar panel systems, barns, shed, pools, ponds, water storage, roof water collection, garden layouts, landscaping and other additions when needed.

Delivered to you unstamped with engineering seals available with additional fees when required by your local codes.
All required to apply for your building permit can be developed. Some customization may be required due to varying codes.
In some cases 3D Models and Perspectives are available and can be developed when needed
In some locations fire sprinklers plans and equipment specifications, energy, irrigation and green review may be require, which can be provided for added hourly fees
Most building departments require a site plan of your specific building location and sometimes road design and septic tank layout and locations. These can be added on an hourly basis by this team when needed.
Construction materials and Interior finishes are recommended and can be developed for your specific project for added fees.
Spreadsheets- this team can provide general cost estimating and coordinate with builders to get precise bids for your project when desired.
Pricing Set: 11”x17” PDF of the basic Construction and permitting Plans and Document. It is an informative set to discuss with your builder, your building department, and your financial institution. The file will be emailed to you after discussing with you your specific requirements and developing the plan you need for your building department, builder and bank (wen required).
Bidding Set: 24”x36” PDF of the full set, which can be used for exact pricing estimates with builders and for further discussions with your local building department.
Building Permitting Set. 24”x36” Once it is clear that you have all required, with our support, to apply for your building permits including all our drawings and specifications with whatever was required by others, we assist you or your building to apply for the permits required.
